CALISTHENICS
Calisthenics is a set of exercises that is used to indicate bodyweight training. The exercises are based on basic movements that involve the whole body. Most of the exercises do not use any tools, because they intend to strengthen the body by counteracting the strength of the weight of your body.
The word Calisthenics derives from two Greek words “kalos” which means beauty and “sthenos” which means strength. The purposes of calisthenics are precisely: to increase the strength and agility of the body.
