FIT BOXE
Fit Boxing is a discipline that consists of the union of three important elements: aerobics, martial arts and bags with a mobile base. It is not part of combat sports and there are no opponents, the shots are taken exclusively towards the bag or against the gloves of a training partner.
Ultimately, it is an activity that combines self-defense and aerobics in a recreational way, involving multiple muscle groups and the whole body in general.
